My approach is grounded in being person-centered, LGBTQIA+ affirming, and neurodiversity-affirming. I also incorporate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT) to support emotional growth, connection, and resilience.

Individual Session Rates

  • Initial Intake Session (60 min): $270
  • Standard Session (50 min): $240
  • Extended Sessions
    • 75 min: $315
    • 90 min: $410
